Straight Talk Phone Can Use Internet Just Fine, But Can’t Make Calls Or Texts?

Its starting to annoy me. I’ve been with Straight Talk for a while. Well, my last prepaid phone went to absolute sh*t so I got a new one today. I transferred my number… bla… bla… bla… and about 15 minutes after transferring my number, I was able to use the internet along with just about EVERY service that the thing offers with the exception of sending calls and texts. I can use the Google Play Store, Google Chrome, Steam, Facebook, Youtube, Skype, IHeartRadio, Google+, Netflix, and so on. I just can’t call anyone. I can’t even check my voicemail. It won’t let me send out a single text either. Thanks!
